A booking system for spas, with deposits and LINE
Guests pick a treatment, a package or a therapist and a time from your bio link or a LINE chat, pay a PromptPay deposit that holds the time, and get a reminder before they arrive. Add-ons such as extra time are ticked as they book, and only times the longer visit fits are offered.

The problem, and what changes
- A two-hour spa package booked, then a no-show.
- Ask for a PromptPay deposit on the longer treatments. The time is held for 15 minutes while the guest pays and released automatically if nothing arrives.
- Every treatment takes a different time.
- Each treatment has its own length and buffer, so a package blocks two hours and a foot massage one. Guests only see times the whole visit fits, add-ons included.
- Guests ask for their favourite therapist.
- On Studio, 5 people, you included, and up to 50 with extra seats at $1 a month each, each with their own treatments and hours. Guests pick a therapist or “Anyone available”.
- Tourists and hotel guests book from abroad.
- Your booking page is in Thai and English, and shows open times in your local time with the guest’s own beside it when it differs.
- Regulars want a package price.
- Sell passes and memberships, such as five massages for a set price, paid by PromptPay. Once you mark a pass paid, each booking uses it automatically.

Questions
- Can I ask for a PromptPay deposit?
- Yes, per service, straight into your bank account. The client scans a Thai QR after picking a time, the slot is held for 15 minutes, and the booking is confirmed when you mark the transfer received. UrlsTree takes no fee.
- Do I need a LINE Official Account to take bookings on LINE?
- No. Bookings go through a shared LINE account and every message starts with your shop’s name. If you already run your own LINE OA, you can connect it instead. Clients who are not on LINE book with an email address.
- Can guests choose their therapist?
- Yes, on Studio: 5 people, you included, and up to 50 with extra seats at $1 a month each, each with their own treatments, hours and booking link. Guests pick a therapist or “Anyone available”. You can also record each therapist’s base and commission and what they are owed (a record, not payroll), and run up to 10 locations, each with its own booking page.
- Can I sell spa packages?
- Yes, on Business. Sell a pass or a membership, such as five treatments for a set price, paid by PromptPay; once you mark it paid, each booking uses it automatically. Add-ons such as extra time are ticked as guests book.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Your page, links, QR codes, short links and a booking page that takes up to 100 bookings a month are on Free, at no cost. LINE messages, PromptPay deposits and passes are part of Business ($9 / month · $90 / year). Your first month is free on either paid plan.
