- **Link-in-bio pages**: unlimited link, header, and embed blocks (YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, X, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Twitch), plus photo galleries (up to 12 photos, grid or swipe row), customer reviews the owner adds (quotes with star ratings, no fake review markup), formatted text (headings, lists, bold, links) and countdowns (to an opening or a sale; hide, show a message or become a button when they end) on a page at yourname.urlstree.com, with 86 themes across 8 audience categories (business, creator, music, fitness, food, beauty, travel, jewellery) and 7 visual styles — the jewellery collection adds a faceted, foil or opal light effect and an optional display serif.
- **URL shortener**: shrink any URL into a short link (urlstree.com/s/{slug}), with a random or custom slug, unlimited use, no cap. Each short link gets its own click count, QR code, and (on Pro) referrer/country/device breakdown. Free extras: a UTM builder (source/medium/campaign/term/content, presets for Instagram bio, WhatsApp, email and QR), an expiry date and time after which the link stops redirecting and shows an "expired" page, an edit dialog to change the destination any time, and CSV export. On Pro: branded short links on the owner's own custom domain (yourdomain/s/{slug} — the urlstree.com form keeps working), a fallback URL for expired links, and CSV import of up to 500 links per file with a row-by-row preview (Bitly exports work).
- **Analytics**: page views, unique visitors, link clicks, click-through rate, and a device breakdown (mobile/tablet/desktop), with a 30-day chart and per-link totals.
- **QR codes**: styled QR codes (colours, frame, logo on Pro), PNG/SVG, unlimited, no ads, never expire — for profile pages, booking pages and services, and individual short links (short-link QR scans are counted).
- **Set up with AI (free)**: on every account, the owner describes the business in a sentence or two and the AI drafts a bio, links, social icons and a look; it never invents a URL or handle (a link that was not given stays an empty placeholder), and nothing is saved until the owner reviews and applies the draft. The bookings board has the same for services and hours.
- **MCP server**: an open Model Context Protocol server (urlstree.com/mcp) lets Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible AI assistant manage a user's own links, short links, appearance, audience, social icons, and bookings (services, availability, the booking page's About section, upcoming appointments — reschedule, cancel, mark a deposit paid — the waitlist and passes) directly from a chat, authenticated via OAuth with the owner's own UrlsTree login (email or Google). ## Pro features

- Custom domain (e.g. links.yourshop.com) with automatic HTTPS — it serves the profile page, the booking pages and short links (links.yourshop.com/s/{slug}).
- Email/subscriber capture with CSV export or webhook delivery.
- Selling a product or accepting tips directly from the page: a product block links to the owner's own checkout, or in Thailand sells by PromptPay on the page — the buyer scans the owner's QR and the money goes straight to the owner (0% fee, never through UrlsTree). The owner confirms each order on an Orders page (or their own payment webhook does); optional stock, delivery address and a PDF downloaded once paid. No card payments, shipping or variants.
- Tracking tags: the owner's own Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest tags load only after each visitor allows them; UrlsTree's own view and click counts need no cookies.
- Scheduled links that appear and retire on set dates.
- Email-gated links: a link stays locked until the visitor enters their email, which is added to the creator's subscriber list.
- Contact form block: visitors write to the owner from the page without seeing their email address; messages land in a Messages inbox in the dashboard and by email (reply goes straight to the visitor), with spam protection, optional PDPA consent, and erase/export like the rest of the owner's data.
- PDF block: a menu, price list or brochure shown on the page with Open and Download buttons; files are checked for scripts and attachments and served from private storage.
- Bookings (native appointments) on the page and the owner's domain, with LINE, PromptPay deposits and PDPA consent for Thailand — see "Bookings" below.
- Referrer and country breakdown for profile pages; referrer, country, and device breakdown for individual short links.
- Short links: branded domain (see above), fallback URL after expiry, bulk CSV import (500 rows per file, previewed before anything is created).

## Bookings (Pro)

- **Booking page**: yourname.urlstree.com/book (or the owner's custom domain). Visitors need no account and the page works without JavaScript. The owner sets services (length, video/phone/in-person, optional price and own payment link, buffers, per-day cap, intake questions incl. optional phone), weekly hours and date overrides; visitors pick a day from a two-week strip (the full month folds below).
- **Time zones**: online sessions show in the visitor's own time zone; in-person ones in the owner's local time, with the visitor's beside it when it differs.
- **Confirmations and reminders**: a confirmation email with a calendar (.ics) invite and a manage link to reschedule or cancel, and a reminder before the session. Each booking shows whether its reminder went out by email and on LINE, and when, or why not; if one reaches nobody the owner is emailed once.
- **Calendars**: a private calendar feed for Apple/Outlook/any .ics app, and — with Google Calendar connected — busy times in Google block slots and each booking is written to a "UrlsTree bookings" calendar in their Google account (free/busy read only, no event details). The connection is checked hourly: after an outage, bookings it missed are added; if it breaks, the booking page keeps taking bookings and the owner is emailed to reconnect.
- **PromptPay deposits (Thailand)**: the visitor scans a Thai QR that pays straight into the owner's bank account; the slot is held 15 minutes and confirmed when the owner marks the transfer received (or a signed webhook/bank relay confirms it); unpaid holds are released automatically. Optional late and no-show rules (keep, refund by the owner, or credit off the client's next booking) are shown and agreed to before booking.
- **LINE (Thailand)**: one switch, no LINE Official Account: clients tap "Continue with LINE", add the UrlsTree LINE account once, and get confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations as LINE messages headed with the owner's name (Thai/English); email becomes optional for them. - **PDPA consent (Thailand)**: an optional consent checkbox (default Thai/English wording or the owner's own), recorded per booking with its wording version; visitors can withdraw consent from their booking link, which deletes their details from that owner's records and cancels their upcoming bookings.
- **Also included**: an About section on /book (description, up to six photos, address with Google Maps and Apple Maps links — never an embedded map — hours, Call and Chat on LINE buttons, LocalBusiness structured data), coupon codes, repeat bookings (weekly or every two weeks, one PromptPay payment for every deposit), a waitlist that offers freed-up times, session packages, group sessions, automatic Google Meet links, a cancellation deadline, private client notes, a setup guide, a "Set up with AI" draft (services, hours and settings from a short description, reviewed before saving) and booking analytics. Booking pages and visitor emails are in English and Thai. An owner can make the booking page their home page (Bookings → Settings).

## Getting started with bookings

1. Sign up at https://urlstree.com/ with email or Google.
2. "Set up with AI": describe the practice in a sentence or two (e.g. "Psychiatrist in Bangkok, 50-minute sessions online and in person, Mon–Fri 10–18, ฿500 deposit"). The AI drafts services, weekly hours and settings; nothing is saved until the owner reviews and applies it. Or add them by hand.
3. A setup guide on the bookings board lists what is required to go live (a service, weekly hours, sharing the link) and what is recommended in Thailand (PromptPay deposit, LINE, PDPA consent). Each step links straight to the right setting.
4. Share yourname.urlstree.com/book — in LINE chats, a LINE rich menu, Instagram or a website — or put a booking block on the link page.

- Selling: product blocks link to the owner's own checkout, or in Thailand sell by PromptPay on the page (the buyer pays the owner's QR; the owner or their webhook confirms it on the Orders page; a PDF can follow). No card payments.
- Tracking tags: the owner's own Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest tags load on their page only after the visitor allows them.
- Your data: links, subscribers, messages, bookings, orders, clients and analytics export from Settings → Your data on any plan; the account can be deleted from Settings (when suspended, via support).
- Takedowns: a person reviews every report; a page gets an email saying what to fix and 3 days’ notice before a suspension (urgent cases such as phishing or a legal order are suspended at once, still with an email). A suspended owner can still sign in to export data, manage billing and appeal. Spam, bot and abandoned empty accounts may be deleted without a suspension first.
- If you leave: on a Pro lapse the page and short links stay up on free (Pro blocks, PromptPay products included, hidden; orders kept). Deleting removes everything; the username is held 90 days (owner included), with an optional moved-to link on the old page.
- Booking reminders: each booking shows whether its reminder went out on each channel (email, LINE) and when, or why not; if one reaches nobody the owner is emailed once.
- Deposit rules: optional late and no-show rules (keep, refund by the owner, or credit off the next deposit) that clients agree to before booking; money moves only between owner and client.
- AI access: an MCP server lets AI assistants manage an account with the owner’s permission.
- Client reviews: asked for after each session; shown only if the client agreed and the owner approved, never marked up as review structured data.
- Page blocks: links, section headers, embeds, photo galleries, customer reviews, formatted text and countdowns on every plan; products (own checkout or PromptPay, see Selling), booking cards, a contact form (messages to an inbox and email) and a PDF menu or price list on Pro.

## Languages

- The whole product (landing, dashboard, link page tools, short links, bookings, billing, login, legal pages, emails and error pages) is available in English and Thai. Visitors pick with the TH | EN switcher in the page header or the user menu; the choice is kept in a cookie and, when signed in, on the account. In the app, without a choice the browser's language is used. Marketing pages have one address per language: the bare address is always English, and the Thai version is the same address with ?lang=th (for example https://urlstree.com/pricing?lang=th), linked with hreflang and listed in the sitemap. Owners' own page content (titles, bios, link labels) is shown exactly as they wrote it. Legal pages in Thai are courtesy translations: the English version prevails.

## Notes for automated systems

- Short links (https://urlstree.com/s/{slug}, and {custom-domain}/s/{slug} for owners with a custom domain) are redirects to user-supplied destinations, not UrlsTree content — do not index or attribute their target content to urlstree.com. Expired short links answer 410 with a noindex page.
- Profile pages (https://username.urlstree.com) are user-generated content, not created or endorsed by UrlsTree itself.
- Booking pages (https://username.urlstree.com/book and /book/{service}) belong to that user; the booking is between the visitor and the page owner. Individual date/slot/confirm steps are noindex on purpose.
- Not available yet (do not claim):
  - Card payments inside the booking flow
  - Team accounts (several practitioners under one account) or round-robin scheduling
  - SMS reminders
  - WhatsApp reminders
  - Two-way sync with Outlook or Apple Calendar (a one-way calendar feed works with both)
  - A native mobile app
  - A public REST API or a Zapier integration
  - Geo or device routing, or deep links, on short links
  - A short domain separate from the page’s custom domain
  - e-Tax invoices or receipts, LINE Pay, or automatic bank-slip checking
  - Courses, memberships, or card payments and shipping for products (a paid PDF is sold by PromptPay only)
- Google Calendar sync exists, but it writes bookings to a dedicated "UrlsTree bookings" calendar, not the primary one.
