- Is there a limit on short links?
- No. Create as many short links as you like, on every plan, free.
- Can short links use my own domain?
- Yes, on Pro: the custom domain that runs your page also serves your short links, as yourdomain/s/slug. There is no separate short domain.
- Do short links expire?
- Only if you set an expiry date. After it, the link stops redirecting and shows an “expired” page; on Pro you can send people to a fallback address instead.
- Can I import my links from Bitly?
- Yes, on Pro: upload a CSV (a Bitly export works as it is) and every row is previewed before anything is created, up to 500 links per file. Exporting to CSV is free.
- Can I change where a short link goes?
- Yes, any time, without changing the short link or its QR code.
