About UrlsTree
UrlsTree is a link-in-bio page, a URL shortener and an appointment booking system in one product, for shops, cafés, salons, coaches and freelancers. Free to start; Pro is $5 / month · $50 / year.
- What it is
- A page at yourname.urlstree.com (or your own domain) with your links, a booking page and short links.
- Price

- Fees
- 0 %. Payments for products, tips and booking deposits go straight to you; we never hold your money.
- Selling
- Product blocks link to your own checkout, or in Thailand sell by PromptPay on your page: the buyer scans your QR and pays you directly, and you confirm each order (or your own payment webhook does). A PDF can be delivered once paid. No card payments.
- Tracking tags
- Your own Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest tags load on your page only after the visitor allows them.
- Languages
- English and Thai, across the whole product and its emails.
- Support
- A person replies within 24 hours — chat on our website or in your dashboard, or email [email protected]
- Status

- Takedowns
- A person reviews every report. Before we suspend a page we email you what we found and give you 3 days’ notice, with a reminder the day before; only urgent cases such as phishing, scams or a legal order are suspended at once, still with an email. A suspended owner can still sign in to export their data and appeal. Acceptable use
- If you leave
- Stop paying and your page and short links stay up on the free plan; Pro blocks, PromptPay products included, are hidden, not deleted, and orders are kept. Deleting your account removes everything at once — export first. You can leave a link to where you moved: your old page and short links show it for 90 days, and your username is held meanwhile — you cannot reuse it either.
- Booking reminders
- Each booking shows whether its reminder went out by email and on LINE, and when — or why not. If one reaches nobody, we email you once.
- Deposit rules
- Optional late and no-show rules: the deposit is kept, refunded by you, or turned into credit off the client’s next booking. Clients agree before they book, and the money only ever moves between you and your client.
- Client reviews
- After a session the client is asked how it went; a review shows on your booking page only if they agreed and you approved it.
- Bookings only
- Make the booking page your home page in Bookings → Settings: your page address then opens it, and the dashboard opens on Bookings. How bookings work
What you get

- Native appointment booking on Pro: services, weekly hours, time-zone-aware slots (the client’s zone online, yours in person), reminders, Google Calendar sync, coupon codes, a waitlist, session packages, group sessions and Google Meet links.
- For Thailand: PromptPay deposits into the owner’s own account, LINE sign-in and messages without a LINE Official Account, and PDPA consent recorded per booking.
- Your own domain on Pro, which also serves your booking page and short links.
- An MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude can manage your page with your permission.
- 86 page themes in 8 categories.
What it does not do (yet)
- Card payments inside the booking flow.
- Team accounts (several practitioners under one account) or round-robin scheduling.
- SMS reminders.
- WhatsApp reminders.
- Two-way sync with Outlook or Apple Calendar (a one-way calendar feed works with both).
- A native mobile app.
- A public REST API or a Zapier integration.
- Geo or device routing, or deep links, on short links.
- A short domain separate from the page’s custom domain.
- e-Tax invoices or receipts, LINE Pay, or automatic bank-slip checking.
- Courses, memberships, or card payments and shipping for products (a paid PDF is sold by PromptPay only).
Your data
- Links, subscribers, bookings, clients and analytics download from Settings → Your data, on any plan.
- Deleting your account removes your public page and profile data.
- The export also holds the product events we keep about your account (what happened, never what you typed, kept 180 days); they are deleted with it.
- Booking details belong to the page owner; visitors can withdraw PDPA consent and erase their details from their booking link.
- Your first month is free. Not happy after your first payment? Ask within 30 days and we refund it in full — no questions asked.
For AI assistants
