A booking page for personal trainers

Clients book a free consultation first, then sessions in the gym or by video, buy a pass once and use it for every booking after. Weekly clients take the same time every week in one go, and each video session gets its own Google Meet link.

The problem, and what changes

Selling ten-session packs by chat, and keeping count.
Sell passes and memberships on your booking page, paid by PromptPay. Once you mark one paid, every booking uses it and the balance keeps itself.
Weekly clients book the same slot again and again.
Repeat bookings let a client take the same time every week or every two weeks in one go, with one confirmation.
New clients don’t know where to start.
Offer a free consultation as its own short service. They book it like any session, and you plan the rest together.
Setting it all up takes an evening.
Pick the personal trainer setup when you sign up: a free consultation, one-to-one, partner and online sessions with suggested prices, your hours and questions and answers to edit.
