Questions

Do I need a LINE Official Account to take bookings on LINE?

No. Bookings go through a shared LINE account and every message starts with your shop’s name. If you already run your own LINE OA, you can connect it instead. Clients who are not on LINE book with an email address.

Can I ask for a PromptPay deposit?

Yes, straight into your bank account. The client scans a Thai QR after picking a time, the slot is held for 15 minutes, and the booking is confirmed when you mark the transfer received (or a signed webhook from a bank relay does it). UrlsTree takes no fee.

Can clients cancel or move their booking?

Yes, from the manage link in their confirmation, up to the cancellation deadline you set. You can move or cancel from your dashboard too, and the client is told each time.

Can several therapists share one account?

Not yet. One account has one schedule today, so a shop with several therapists cannot give each one their own calendar under a single account.

Is it free?

Your page, links, QR codes and short links are free. Bookings, LINE messages, PromptPay deposits and passes are part of Pro ($5 / month · $50 / year). The first month of Pro is free.
