Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UrlsTree, a link-in-bio page builder and URL shortener at urlstree.com. By creating an account or using UrlsTree, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use UrlsTree. One username maps to one public page at yourname.urlstree.com (or your own verified custom domain, on paid plans).

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your page — links, bio text, images, and any products or content you link to. By posting content, you grant UrlsTree a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service (for example, serving your public page and generating QR codes and preview images). You're responsible for the content and links on your page and for having the right to post them.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use UrlsTree to:

• Host or link to illegal content, malware, or phishing pages
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Send spam or use the email-capture or short-link features to deceive visitors about a link's destination
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to UrlsTree's systems

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms. Before suspending an account we email you and give you 3 days to fix the problem, except in the urgent cases our Acceptable Use Policy lists (such as phishing, scams or a legal order), where we may act at once and still email you straight away. While suspended you can still sign in to download your data, manage billing and appeal. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out in full what may not be published, how we moderate, and how to report a page.

4. Free and paid plans

UrlsTree's core features — unlimited links, unlimited short links, analytics, and QR codes — are free with no time limit. Paid "Pro" features (custom domain, bookings, email capture, product/tip blocks, a contact form, a PDF block, scheduling, email-gated links, and deeper analytics) are billed as a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; UrlsTree is the seller — see Section 6.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; there are no partial-period refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.

An account that has never had Pro can start it with one free trial of 30 days. A card is required at checkout; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues and your card is charged when it ends. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

5. Third-party links and products

UrlsTree lets you link to third-party sites, including checkout pages for products or tips you sell. We don't process those payments and aren't a party to those transactions — you're responsible for your own sales, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law.

6. Payment processing

Stripe processes UrlsTree subscription payments. UrlsTree is the seller: we are responsible for the sale, for refunds under our Refund Policy and for any tax that applies. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment processing itself.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep UrlsTree available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings, except while your account is suspended — then contact us and we'll help. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; suspensions follow the notice rule in section 3 and the Acceptable Use Policy. Deleting your account removes your public page and stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund past charges except as described in the Refund Policy. Your username is held for 90 days after deletion, so nobody else can claim it.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

UrlsTree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrlsTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of UrlsTree after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Bookings, deposits and LINE

UrlsTree bookings are software for taking appointments. We are not a healthcare provider or a marketplace, and not a party to the arrangement between you and your clients.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, hours, prices and the consent wording shown to clients, for any professional licence the law requires, and — as the data controller of your clients’ booking data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act — for having a legal basis for what you collect. UrlsTree processes that data on your instructions, and if a data breach is likely to affect your clients’ rights we notify you and the Personal Data Protection Committee within 72 hours as the law requires.

PromptPay deposits go straight from the client to your account. UrlsTree never receives, holds or refunds that money. Refund disputes are between you and the client; we recommend stating your cancellation policy in the service description. If you switch on late and no-show rules, UrlsTree shows your rule, records that the client agreed to it and records what you decide about each deposit (kept, refunded by you, or credit off their next deposit with you); it does not judge disputes.

Using LINE and Google Calendar is subject to those providers’ terms. With the shared UrlsTree LINE account, booking messages go out at no extra cost and may be capped per client per day to prevent abuse; clients must add the account as a friend to receive them. When you connect your own LINE Official Account, push message costs, if any, follow your LINE plan.
