Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UrlsTree, a link-in-bio page builder and URL shortener at urlstree.com. By creating an account or using UrlsTree, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use UrlsTree. One username maps to one public page at yourname.urlstree.com (or your own verified custom domain, on paid plans).

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your page — links, bio text, images, and any products or content you link to. By posting content, you grant UrlsTree a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service (for example, serving your public page and generating QR codes and preview images). You're responsible for the content and links on your page and for having the right to post them.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use UrlsTree to:

• Host or link to illegal content, malware, or phishing pages
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Send spam or use the email-capture or short-link features to deceive visitors about a link's destination
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to UrlsTree's systems

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we'll try to notify you first, but content that presents legal or security risk may be removed immediately.

4. Free and paid plans

UrlsTree's core features — unlimited links, unlimited short links, analytics, and QR codes — are free with no time limit. Paid "Pro" features (custom domain, email capture, product/tip blocks, scheduling, email-gated links, and deeper analytics) are billed as a recurring subscription. Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and merchant of record — see Section 6.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; there are no partial-period refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Third-party links and products

UrlsTree lets you link to third-party sites, including checkout pages for products or tips you sell. We don't process those payments and aren't a party to those transactions — you're responsible for your own sales, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law.

6. Paddle as merchant of record

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the merchant of record for UrlsTree subscription payments, meaning Paddle sells UrlsTree subscriptions to you, handles payment processing, and is responsible for VAT/sales tax collection where applicable. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep UrlsTree available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deleting your account removes your public page and stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund past charges except as described in the Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

UrlsTree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrlsTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of UrlsTree after a change means you accept the updated terms.
