Calendly alternative that lives on your link-in-bio page
Calendly is a dedicated scheduling product with a huge feature set for teams. If you are one person who needs visitors to book a time from your bio link — on your page, your domain, your theme — UrlsTree does that inside a $5 plan that also carries your links, shortener and analytics.
What Calendly does well
- Deep team scheduling: round-robin, collective events, routing forms, workflows, and dozens of integrations.
- Payment collection inside the booking flow (Stripe/PayPal) on Standard and above.
- Multiple calendar connections (6 on paid plans) across Google, Outlook and others.
Where UrlsTree is different
- Where it lives: UrlsTree bookings are on your own page and domain, in your theme, and every visitor joins your audience list. Calendly is a separate page and brand (branding removal is Teams, ~$16/seat/mo).
- Price: bookings are part of UrlsTree Pro (~$5/mo) together with custom domain, email capture and analytics. Calendly Free allows one event type; unlimited event types start at $10/seat/mo billed yearly.
- Fees and payments: UrlsTree never processes payment (0 %) — you add your own payment link. Calendly can collect payment in-flow on paid plans; UrlsTree cannot yet.
- Calendars: UrlsTree syncs Google Calendar (busy times block slots; bookings written to a dedicated calendar) and offers a private feed for Apple/Outlook. Calendly connects more calendars and writes to your primary one.
- Teams: UrlsTree is single-owner. Round-robin, collective events and seats are Calendly territory.

Questions
- Can UrlsTree replace Calendly for a solo business?
- For one person taking bookings from their bio link — yes: services, weekly hours, days off, buffers, visitor-timezone slots, calendar invites, reminders, reschedule/cancel links, intake questions and Google Calendar sync. Not for team scheduling.
- Does UrlsTree take payments for bookings?
- Not inside the flow. You can set a price and add your own payment link (Stripe Payment Link, PayPal…), shown after booking. UrlsTree charges 0 %.
- Does it sync with Google Calendar?
- Yes: busy times in the calendars you choose stop being bookable, and each booking is written to a “UrlsTree bookings” calendar in your Google account. Apple/Outlook get a private read-only feed.
