1. **Paste a long URL** Any web address: a product, a form, a post, a booking page.
2. **Make it yours** Choose a custom slug, add UTM tags with presets for Instagram, email and QR, and set an expiry date if it should stop.
3. **Share and track** Copy it or download its QR code, then watch the clicks on each link. Change the destination any time without changing the link.

## Questions

**Q: Is there a limit on short links?**
No. Create as many short links as you like, on every plan, free.

**Q: Can short links use my own domain?**
Yes, on Pro: the custom domain that runs your page also serves your short links, as yourdomain/s/slug. There is no separate short domain.

**Q: Do short links expire?**
Only if you set an expiry date. After it, the link stops redirecting and shows an “expired” page; on Pro you can send people to a fallback address instead.

**Q: Can I import my links from Bitly?**
Yes, on Pro: upload a CSV (a Bitly export works as it is) and every row is previewed before anything is created, up to 500 links per file. Exporting to CSV is free.

**Q: Can I change where a short link goes?**
Yes, any time, without changing the short link or its QR code.
