## Questions

**Where do I find my LINE ID?**
In LINE, under Settings and Profile for a personal ID. An Official Account’s basic ID is in LINE Official Account Manager and starts with @.

**Why does the chat link need an Official Account?**
LINE only opens a chat with a typed message for Official Accounts. A personal ID gets the add-friend link instead.

**Do I need a LINE Official Account for booking reminders?**
Not with UrlsTree Business: booking confirmations and reminders on LINE go out from the shared UrlsTree account, headed with your name.
