## Questions

**Is UrlsTree free?**
Yes — unlimited links, unlimited short links, analytics, QR codes and 86 themes are free forever. Pro adds a custom domain, bookings (with LINE messages, PromptPay deposits and PDPA consent for Thailand), email capture, product blocks (sold through your own checkout or, in Thailand, by PromptPay on your page), tip blocks, a contact form, a PDF menu or price list, link scheduling, email-gated links and deeper analytics.

**Is there a free trial of Pro?**
Yes — your first month of Pro is free. Add a card at checkout and nothing is charged for 30 days; we email you 3 days before the free month ends. Cancel from the Billing page before then and you pay nothing. One free month per account. After your first payment, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.

**Does UrlsTree take a percentage of my sales?**
No. A product block links to your own checkout or, in Thailand, takes PromptPay on your page straight into your own account — UrlsTree never processes the payment, so there is a 0% sales fee, on any plan.

**Can I cancel Pro any time?**
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan — your page, links and data are kept.

**Will I be charged without warning when Pro renews?**
No. On a yearly plan we email you a week before it renews, and your renewal date is always shown on the Billing page, where you can cancel any time before it. If a renewal charge still surprises you, contact us and we refund it in full.

**Where does deposit money go — can you hold my payouts?**
Straight to you. A PromptPay deposit is paid by the client's banking app into your own PromptPay account; UrlsTree never receives, holds or delays the money, so there are no payouts to wait for and nothing we can freeze.

**Will you take my page down without warning?**
No. A page with real content gets an email and 3 days’ notice before any suspension, and stays up meanwhile; only urgent cases such as phishing or scams are suspended at once. A person reviews every report, the email says what we found and what to fix, and we remind you the day before. Urgent means phishing or malware, child safety, scams, illegal goods, threats of violence, a legal order or attacks on our systems — and even then we email you straight away. A suspended account can still sign in to download its data, manage billing and appeal. Spam or bot accounts, and abandoned accounts with nothing on them, may be deleted without a suspension first; if the account had a confirmed email, we email its owner.

**Is there a limit on how many short links I can create?**
No. Short links are unlimited for every UrlsTree account, free or Pro.

**Can I use my own domain instead of urlstree.com?**
Yes, on the Pro plan. Point your own domain (like links.yourshop.com) at UrlsTree and HTTPS provisions automatically — no manual certificate setup.
