Clients book a free consultation first, then sessions in the gym or by video, buy a pass once and use it for every booking after. Weekly clients take the same time every week in one go, and each video session gets its own Google Meet link.

## The problem

- **Repeat appointments** (Business): A client can book the same time every week or every two weeks, several sessions in one go, with one confirmation and one PromptPay payment that covers every session’s deposit.
- **PromptPay deposits, straight to your bank** (Business, Thailand): The client scans a Thai QR that pays into your own account. The slot is held for 15 minutes and released if nothing arrives; you confirm the transfer with one click. 0% fee.
- **Bookings through LINE, no Official Account** (Business, Thailand): Clients tap “Continue with LINE” and get their confirmation and reminder as LINE messages headed with your name, from a shared account. Connecting your own OA is optional.
- **Regulars and lapsed clients** (Free): Every client gets one profile with visits, spend and no-shows, sorted into segments such as Regulars, Lapsed and VIP. On Business, email a segment, tag people and put an alert on their bookings.
- **Email reminders, and LINE ones on Business** (Free): An email reminder 1, 2, 24 or 48 hours before the session on every plan, and on Business a LINE message for clients who booked with LINE.

**Q: Can I sell a pass or a membership?**
Yes, on Business. Clients buy it on your booking page and pay by PromptPay; once you mark it paid, each booking uses one session automatically.

**Q: Can I train clients online?**
Yes. Make a service a video call: with Google Calendar connected, each booking gets its own Google Meet link, or paste your own Zoom link on the service.

**Q: Can I start with my sessions already filled in?**
Yes. The personal trainer setup adds a free consultation, one-to-one, partner and online sessions with suggested prices, your weekly hours and a deposit rule left switched off. Prices are suggestions: check them in Bookings before you share.

**Q: Is it free?**
Yes. Your page, links, analytics, QR codes and a booking page with group sessions that takes up to 100 bookings a month are on Free, at no cost. Unlimited bookings, passes and LINE messages are part of Business ($9 / month · $90 / year). Your first month is free on either paid plan.
