## The problem

- **Clients book a lash set, then don’t turn up.** Ask for a PromptPay deposit on the longer treatments. The time is held for 15 minutes while the client pays and released automatically if nothing arrives.
- **Answering “do you have a slot today?” in chat all day.** Set your treatments and opening hours once. Clients see the open times for themselves and book without sending a message.
- **Setting it all up takes an evening.** Pick the nails and lashes setup when you sign up: gel nails, removal, lash sets and refills with suggested prices, your hours and questions and answers to edit. Change any of it before you share.

- **Bookings through LINE, no Official Account** (Business, Thailand): Clients tap “Continue with LINE” and get their confirmation and reminder as LINE messages headed with your name, from a shared account. Connecting your own OA is optional.
- **Email reminders, and LINE ones on Business** (Free): An email reminder 1, 2, 24 or 48 hours before the session on every plan, and on Business a LINE message for clients who booked with LINE.
- **Add-ons at booking** (Business): Give a one-to-one service add-ons, such as extra time or an upgrade, each with its own price and minutes. Clients tick them as they book, and only times the longer visit fits are offered.
- **Regulars and lapsed clients** (Free): Every client gets one profile with visits, spend and no-shows, sorted into segments such as Regulars, Lapsed and VIP. On Business, email a segment, tag people and put an alert on their bookings.
- **Verified client reviews** (Business): After each session the client is asked how it went. A review shows on your booking page only if they agreed and you approved it.
- **Passes and memberships** (Business, Thailand): Sell class passes, memberships and intro offers on your booking page, paid by PromptPay. Once you mark one paid, each booking uses it automatically.

**Q: Do I need a LINE Official Account to take bookings on LINE?**
No. Bookings go through a shared LINE account and every message starts with your shop’s name. If you already run your own LINE OA, you can connect it instead. Clients who are not on LINE book with an email address.

**Q: Can I ask for a PromptPay deposit?**
Yes, per service, straight into your bank account. The client scans a Thai QR after picking a time, the slot is held for 15 minutes, and the booking is confirmed when you mark the transfer received. UrlsTree takes no fee.

**Q: Can I start with my services already filled in?**
Yes. The nails and lashes setup adds gel nails, removal, lash sets and refills with suggested prices, your weekly hours and a deposit rule left switched off. Prices are suggestions: check them in Bookings before you share.
