Clients pick a cut, a colour or a treatment and a time the whole appointment fits, from your bio link or a LINE chat, and get a reminder before they come. Ask for a PromptPay deposit on long colour appointments, and on Business give each stylist their own hours.

## The problem

- **A two-hour colour booked, then a no-show.** Ask for a PromptPay deposit on colour and treatments. The time is held for 15 minutes while the client pays and released automatically if nothing arrives.
- **Every service takes a different time.** Each service has its own length and buffer, so a colour blocks two hours and a men’s cut half an hour. Clients only see times the whole appointment fits.
- **Clients ask for their favourite stylist.** On Studio, 5 people, you included, and up to 50 with extra seats at $1 a month each, each with their own services and hours. Clients pick a stylist or “Anyone available”, and each stylist can sign in to see only their own bookings.

- **Bookings through LINE, no Official Account** (Business, Thailand): Clients tap “Continue with LINE” and get their confirmation and reminder as LINE messages headed with your name, from a shared account. Connecting your own OA is optional.
- **PromptPay deposits, straight to your bank** (Business, Thailand): The client scans a Thai QR that pays into your own account. The slot is held for 15 minutes and released if nothing arrives; you confirm the transfer with one click. 0% fee.
- **Add-ons at booking** (Business): Give a one-to-one service add-ons, such as extra time or an upgrade, each with its own price and minutes. Clients tick them as they book, and only times the longer visit fits are offered.
- **Email reminders, and LINE ones on Business** (Free): An email reminder 1, 2, 24 or 48 hours before the session on every plan, and on Business a LINE message for clients who booked with LINE.
- **Regulars and lapsed clients** (Free): Every client gets one profile with visits, spend and no-shows, sorted into segments such as Regulars, Lapsed and VIP. On Business, email a segment, tag people and put an alert on their bookings.
- **Verified client reviews** (Business): After each session the client is asked how it went. A review shows on your booking page only if they agreed and you approved it.
- **A booking page that says where you are** (Business): Your booking page can show photos, your address with Google and Apple Maps links, opening hours, and Call and LINE buttons. One switch makes it your home page.

**Q: Can clients choose their stylist?**
Yes, on Studio: 5 people, you included, and up to 50 with extra seats at $1 a month each, each with their own services, hours and booking link. Clients pick a stylist or “Anyone available”. You can also record each stylist’s base and commission and what they are owed (a record, not payroll), and run up to 10 locations, each with its own booking page.

**Q: Can I ask for a PromptPay deposit?**
Yes, per service, straight into your bank account. The client scans a Thai QR after picking a time, the slot is held for 15 minutes, and the booking is confirmed when you mark the transfer received. UrlsTree takes no fee.

**Q: Can I start with my services already filled in?**
Yes. The hair salon setup adds cuts, colour, treatments and a blow-dry with suggested prices, your weekly hours and a deposit rule left switched off. Prices are suggestions: check them in Bookings before you share.
