# Online booking for counsellors and therapists

Clients book a short intro call first, then a session by video or in person, tick a PDPA consent box that is recorded with their booking, and get a reminder before it. UrlsTree is a booking page, not a records system for session notes.

## The problem

- **Clients find it hard to make the first call.** Offer a free intro call as its own short service. They book it privately, without a message or a phone call first.
- **Consent forms on paper.** Switch on the PDPA consent box. Each booking records when consent was given and which version of the wording, and the client can withdraw it from their booking link.
- **Sending a video link before every call.** Connect Google Calendar and each video session gets its own Meet link automatically.
- **Late cancellations leave an empty hour.** Set a cancellation deadline and, on Business, a deposit rule clients agree to when they book: what happens to a deposit after a no-show or a late cancellation, kept or turned into a credit, as you choose.

- **Video calls with Google Meet** (Business): With Google Calendar connected, every video session gets its own Meet link automatically — or paste your own Zoom link on the service.
- **PDPA consent on every booking** (Free, Thailand): A Thai and English consent box. Each booking records when consent was given and which wording version; clients can withdraw it from their booking link.
- **PromptPay deposits, straight to your bank** (Business, Thailand): The client scans a Thai QR that pays into your own account. The slot is held for 15 minutes and released if nothing arrives; you confirm the transfer with one click. 0% fee.
- **Email reminders, and LINE ones on Business** (Free): An email reminder 1, 2, 24 or 48 hours before the session on every plan, and on Business a LINE message for clients who booked with LINE.
- **Repeat appointments** (Business): A client can book the same time every week or every two weeks, several sessions in one go, with one confirmation and one PromptPay payment that covers every session’s deposit.
- **Regulars and lapsed clients** (Free): Every client gets one profile with visits, spend and no-shows, sorted into segments such as Regulars, Lapsed and VIP. On Business, email a segment, tag people and put an alert on their bookings.
- **Bookings through LINE, no Official Account** (Business, Thailand): Clients tap “Continue with LINE” and get their confirmation and reminder as LINE messages headed with your name, from a shared account. Connecting your own OA is optional.

## Questions

**Q: Can clients book online sessions?**
Yes. Make a service a video call: with Google Calendar connected, each booking gets its own Google Meet link, or paste your own Zoom link on the service.

**Q: How is PDPA consent recorded?**
Turn on the consent box and use the default Thai and English wording or your own. Every booking records when consent was given and which version of the wording; the client can withdraw it from their booking link, which deletes their details and cancels their upcoming bookings.

**Q: Can I start with my sessions already filled in?**
Yes. The counsellor setup adds a free intro call, online, in-person and couples sessions with suggested prices, a phone number on every booking, your weekly hours and a deposit rule left switched off. Prices are suggestions: check them in Bookings before you share.

**Q: Is it free?**
Yes. Your page, links, QR codes, short links and a booking page with PDPA consent that takes up to 100 bookings a month are on Free, at no cost. Unlimited online bookings, LINE messages and PromptPay deposits are part of Business ($9 / month · $90 / year). Your first month is free on either paid plan.
