Bookings
Take bookings from your link in bio
Consultations, lessons, appointments — set your hours once, and visitors pick a time in their own timezone, straight from your page. Confirmation emails, calendar invites, reminders and reschedule links are built in. No Calendly, no fee on what you charge.
How it works
- Step 1
Add a service
A 30-minute intro call, a 60-minute lesson, a haircut. Set the length, where it happens (video link, phone, in person), an optional price, and any questions you want answered up front.
- Step 2
Set your hours once
Weekly hours in your own timezone, plus days off or one-off hours for a specific date. Buffers between bookings, minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and a daily cap are all yours to set.
- Step 3
Share the link — or the block on your page
Your booking page lives at yourname.urlstree.com/book (or on your own domain). Visitors see open times in their timezone, pick one, leave a name and email, done. No account, no app.
- Step 4
Everyone gets a calendar invite
The visitor gets a confirmation email with a calendar file and a link to reschedule or cancel; you get the details in your inbox and dashboard. A reminder goes out before the session.
What’s included
- Visitor timezone handled
Times are shown in the visitor’s zone automatically; yours stay in yours. Daylight-saving days come out right.
- Calendar invites (.ics)
Confirmations, changes and cancellations all carry a calendar file, so Google, Apple and Outlook calendars update in place.
- Reschedule and cancel links
Every email has a manage link. Visitors move or cancel themselves; you can move or cancel from the dashboard.
- Reminders
An email reminder 1, 2, 24 or 48 hours before — your choice, on by default.
- Intake questions
Ask what you need before the session: short answers, long answers, pick-one lists, checkboxes, optional phone number.
- Google Calendar sync
Connect Google and the times you’re already busy stop being bookable; every booking lands in a “UrlsTree bookings” calendar in your account. We only read busy/free — never event details.
- Any calendar, subscribed
A private calendar feed also shows your bookings inside Apple Calendar, Outlook or any app that takes an .ics link — read-only, rotate the link any time.
- Works without JavaScript
The booking page is plain, fast HTML — it loads on any phone, in in-app browsers, and on slow connections.
- Your own domain
If your page runs on links.yourshop.com, so does your booking page.
- No fee on what you charge
Set a price and add your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, anything). UrlsTree never touches the money and never takes a cut.
- AI-assistant ready
Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client and ask it to add a service, change your hours, list or move bookings.
Not there yet
Taking card payments inside the booking flow and group sessions are not available today — use your own payment link to get paid. Google Calendar sync writes bookings to a dedicated calendar in your account rather than your primary one, and Outlook/Apple sync is read-only via the calendar feed.
Questions
- Can I take bookings or appointments directly from my UrlsTree page?
- Yes. UrlsTree has native bookings: you define services and weekly hours, and visitors pick a time on yourname.urlstree.com/book (or your custom domain). Both sides get a confirmation with a calendar invite. It is part of the Pro plan.
- Do visitors need an account or an app to book?
- No. They pick a slot, type a name and email (plus anything you asked for), and confirm. They manage the booking from a link in their email.
- Which timezone are the times shown in?
- The visitor’s. It is detected from their browser and can be changed on the page; without JavaScript it falls back to your timezone with a selector. You always see bookings in your own timezone.
- Does UrlsTree take a fee on paid bookings?
- No. UrlsTree never processes payment. You can show a price and add your own payment link (Stripe Payment Link, PayPal, and so on); it is shown to the visitor after booking with “pay to secure your spot”. There is no percentage fee.
- Can visitors reschedule or cancel?
- Yes — from the manage link in every email. You can move or cancel bookings from your dashboard too, and the visitor is told each time with an updated calendar file.
- Does it sync with Google Calendar?
- Yes. Connect your Google account in the dashboard: times you’re busy in Google are removed from what visitors can book, and every booking is added to a “UrlsTree bookings” calendar in your Google account (created for you, so your other events are never touched). We read only busy/free status, never event details. Every booking email also carries a calendar file, and there’s a private feed for Apple Calendar, Outlook and others.
- How does this compare to linking out to Calendly?
- Calendly is a separate product with its own page and branding. UrlsTree bookings live on your page and your domain, share your theme, add every visitor to your audience list, and are included in the Pro plan alongside custom domains, email capture and analytics.
- Is it free?
- Bookings are a Pro feature (about $5 a month). Everything else on the free plan stays free: unlimited links, themes, analytics, QR codes and the URL shortener.
